Key Responsibilities
- Receive, log, and track all incoming and outgoing project and operational documents.
- Ensure proper indexing, numbering, and revision control of all documents.
- Maintain an organized and accurate filing system, both physical and electronic.
- Assist in the distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery.
- Support the archiving and retrieval of documents as per company procedures.
- Verify documents for completeness and compliance with company standards and templates.
- Assist in the preparation of document control reports and summaries.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve any document-related queries or issues.
