Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specified guidelines and procedures.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling, boxing, and ensuring proper documentation.
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and neatly stock inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Assist with periodic inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) after receiving appropriate training.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and resolve issues.
- Process returns and exchanges, ensuring items are correctly sorted and restocked or disposed of.
- Communicate any issues or delays in the fulfillment process to the team lead.
