Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup, operation, and monitoring of manufacturing machinery and equipment.
- Perform quality control checks on raw materials and finished products, ensuring compliance with specifications.
- Load and unload materials and products from production lines, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Conduct routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment and work areas as instructed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, strictly adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Accurately package, label, and prepare finished products for storage or dispatch.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets and deadlines.
- Promptly report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or product quality issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes.
Required Skills
