Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote Vodacom products and services.
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide clear, concise, and accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally and effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines during interactions.
- Continuously learn about new product offerings and service enhancements.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (minimum 1 year).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and Sesotho.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications (MS Office suite).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
