Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support and customer service via phone, email, and chat for telecommunications products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to internet connectivity, voice services, data plans, and other telecom offerings.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Educate customers on product features, usage, and self-service options to enhance their overall experience.
- Collaborate with senior support representatives and other departments to resolve complex technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on new products, services, and changes in telecommunications technology.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and contribute to team knowledge base.
