Key Responsibilities
- Perform general grounds maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing.
- Learn to safely operate various landscaping equipment such as mowers, weed trimmers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers.
- Assist with planting, weeding, mulching, and pruning shrubs and small trees.
- Water plants, lawns, and gardens as instructed to ensure proper hydration.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Participate in seasonal clean-up efforts, including leaf removal and storm debris clearing.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding tasks and progress.
