Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead caregivers with daily childcare activities and supervision.
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and nap times, ensuring their safety and engagement.
- Organize and lead age-appropriate educational and recreational activities for various age groups.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized childcare environment, adhering to health standards.
- Assist with meal preparation, serving, and feeding routines, encouraging healthy eating habits.
- Support children's personal hygiene and toilet training as needed, with patience and dignity.
- Observe and accurately report any concerns regarding children's behavior, health, or development to senior staff.
