Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage with customers on the sales floor, providing friendly and attentive service.
- Learn and apply effective sales techniques to meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services offered, including features, benefits, and pricing, to confidently assist customer inquiries.
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions, offering tailored recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle various payment methods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
- Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service expertise.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve collective sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting stock counts.
- Address customer feedback and resolve minor issues professionally, escalating complex concerns to management as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to loss prevention and store security.
- Stay updated on current promotions, sales events, and marketing initiatives to effectively communicate them to customers.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent (relevant diploma/certificate is a plus).
