Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Prepare and process essential shipping documents, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and delivery notes.
- Track and trace shipments, providing regular updates to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock reconciliation.
- Communicate effectively with freight forwarders, carriers, customs agents, and warehouse staff.
- Resolve minor logistical issues and discrepancies under supervision.
- Support the logistics team in administrative tasks and data entry as required.
