Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Prepare and process essential shipping documents, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and delivery notes.
  • Track and trace shipments, providing regular updates to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock reconciliation.
  • Communicate effectively with freight forwarders, carriers, customs agents, and warehouse staff.
  • Resolve minor logistical issues and discrepancies under supervision.
  • Support the logistics team in administrative tasks and data entry as required.

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
