Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support, diagnosing and resolving basic hardware and software issues for end-users via various channels (phone, email, chat).
- Log, track, and manage support tickets using our helpdesk system, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution or escalation.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of new workstations, laptops, peripherals, and software applications.
- Support basic network connectivity, printer issues, and user account management (e.g., password resets, access permissions).
- Collaborate closely with senior technicians and IT specialists to escalate complex issues and learn advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- Contribute to the IT knowledge base by documenting technical solutions, procedures, and user guides.
- Participate actively in ongoing training and development programs to enhance IT skills, stay current with technologies, and pursue professional certifications.
Required Skills
- Strong foundational understanding of computer hardware components and common software applications.
