Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate product listings on e-commerce platforms, including descriptions, images, pricing, and stock levels.
  • Process online orders efficiently, from verification to tracking and dispatch coordination with logistics partners.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries related to online purchases, product information, and order status via email or chat.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal sales.
  • Monitor website performance, analyze e-commerce data, and generate reports on key metrics (e.g., sales, traffic, conversion rates).
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends and opportunities for online growth.
  • Ensure all e-commerce content is up-to-date, accurate, and consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, customer service, IT) to optimize online operations and customer experience.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues on the e-commerce platform, escalating when necessary.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (1+ year) in an e-commerce, digital marketing, or administrative support role.
  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar CMS).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Sesotho proficiency is highly advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
