Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process a high volume of student applications accurately and efficiently from submission to final decision.

  • Maintain precise records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of applications based on established eligibility criteria and escalate complex cases to senior admissions staff.
  • Generate and dispatch offer letters, rejection letters, and other official correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of admissions procedures and guidelines to enhance efficiency and fairness.
  • Provide excellent customer service to prospective students, parents, and educational agents, answering inquiries comprehensively.
  • Participate in admissions events, open days, and recruitment activities as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant data protection regulations and internal policies.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role, ideally within an educational setting.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar database management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and empathetically.
