Job Description

Insight Enterprises is seeking a highly organized, self-motivated, and experienced Remote Training Coordinator to join our dynamic Learning & Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who thrives in a virtual environment and can efficiently manage multiple projects with a flexible schedule. As a Remote Training Coordinator, you will be instrumental in the planning, coordination, and execution of various training programs and initiatives across our global enterprise. You will work closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure our training programs are delivered seamlessly and effectively to a geographically dispersed workforce.

Your day-to-day will involve a wide array of responsibilities, from scheduling virtual workshops and managing participant registrations to preparing training materials, coordinating technology setups, and tracking completion rates. This role demands exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be a key point of contact for participants and trainers, providing support and ensuring a positive learning experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule virtual training sessions, webinars, and workshops across multiple time zones.
  • Manage participant registration, communication, and attendance tracking for all training programs.
  • Prepare and distribute training materials, presentations, and pre-work to participants and trainers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for training participants, addressing inquiries and providing technical support for virtual platforms.
  • Liaise with internal subject matter experts and external training vendors to ensure smooth program delivery.
  • Manage and update training calendars, resources, and databases (e.g., Learning Management System – LMS).
  • Monitor and report on training completion rates, participant feedback, and overall program effectiveness.
  • Assist in the procurement and management of training tools, software, and subscriptions.
  • Support the development and maintenance of training documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve training coordination processes and virtual learning experiences.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in a training coordination, administrative, or project support role.
  • Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex).
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and data entry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, suitable for a diverse audience.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience coordinating training programs in a large, global organization.
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles or adult learning methodologies.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP) or virtual facilitation.
