Job Description

This essential role involves a range of critical tasks fundamental to bringing high-quality seafood products to our customers worldwide. As a Fish Processor, you will be at the heart of our operations, handling fresh fish from its arrival to its preparation for packaging. Your daily responsibilities will include carefully cleaning, precisely cutting, and expertly preparing various types of fish, ensuring that all products meet our rigorous quality and hygiene standards. You will be working in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment, where attention to detail and strict adherence to food safety protocols are paramount. This role requires precision in filleting, portioning, deboning, and meticulous cleaning of the work area and equipment to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a sterile environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and sort incoming raw fish materials.
  • Perform initial cleaning of fish, including scaling, gutting, and rinsing.
  • Execute precise cutting, filleting, deboning, and portioning according to product specifications.
  • Package processed fish products accurately and efficiently, ensuring correct labeling and sealing.
  • Operate and maintain processing equipment safely and effectively.
  • Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols (HACCP, GMP).
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the shift.
  • Conduct quality checks on products at various stages of processing.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as required.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets.
  • Follow all company health and safety regulations.
