Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed event revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new clients, sponsors, exhibitors, and attendees for Career.zycto events.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and new opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and event management teams to create compelling event packages and promotional strategies.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to management on a regular basis.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent Career.zycto and generate leads.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of event offerings.
Required Skills
- Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 4 years in event sales or B2B sales.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strategic thinker with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Understanding of the Nigerian market, particularly in Lagos.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Existing network of corporate contacts in Lagos.
