Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain robust physical and digital filing systems, ensuring accuracy and easy retrieval of documents.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage emails, and handle all correspondence with professionalism.
