Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing prompt and accurate information.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and empathetically, escalating complex problems to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring a positive and professional interaction during every touchpoint.
  • Accurately record and update customer interaction details in the CRM system.
  • Educate customers on product features, services, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and other internal departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance customer service delivery.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs) for response times and resolution rates.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.
