Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage patient registration, update demographic information, and verify insurance details.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, handling cancellations and rescheduling effectively.
  • Answer multi-line phone systems, direct calls, and take accurate messages.
  • Maintain patient records with strict confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Collect co-payments and outstanding balances, and issue receipts.
  • Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are tidy and well-stocked.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address patient inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Adhere to all clinic policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
