Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to social workers, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and organizing client files.
  • Assist in coordinating client services and resources, such as transportation, housing assistance, and educational programs.
  • Conduct initial intake interviews and gather relevant information from clients under supervision.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records and case notes in compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Support social workers in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, families, and service providers.
  • Participate in community outreach events and educational workshops to promote available services.
  • Assist clients in completing necessary application forms and accessing benefits.
  • Observe and learn from experienced social workers during client meetings and interventions.
