Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain digital filing systems, ensuring all documents are accurately categorized and easily accessible.
  • Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings, appointments, and conferences, including sending invitations and preparing agendas.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, reports, and presentations using various software.
  • Handle incoming inquiries via email and phone, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation, proposals, and official correspondence.
  • Conduct online research and compile data as required to support various administrative and departmental needs.
  • Monitor and order office supplies for remote team members, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Process expense reports and manage basic bookkeeping tasks under supervision.
  • Provide general administrative support to senior management and various departments as needed.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and handle all tasks with professionalism and integrity.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Sesotho
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a conducive home office environment
  • Experience with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
