Key Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage and maintain pharmacy inventory, including stock checks, ordering, receiving, and proper storage of pharmaceutical products.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing patient inquiries and guiding them on over-the-counter products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.
- Process patient prescriptions and transactions accurately using the pharmacy management system.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and generating reports as required.
