Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of manufacturing machinery and equipment.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
- Perform routine quality checks on products and materials, identifying and reporting any defects or discrepancies.
- Load and unload materials and products, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area, adhering to 5S principles.
- Strictly follow all safety protocols and operational procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with production team members and supervisors to achieve daily output targets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or production issues promptly.
- Assist in packaging and preparing finished products for shipment.
