Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads.
- Introduce Career.zycto's services and effectively communicate their value proposition to decision-makers.
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs, challenges, and potential interest in our solutions.
- Set high-quality appointments and meetings for the sales and business development teams.
- Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Consistently achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment setting targets.
- Handle client objections professionally and persuasively, converting skepticism into interest.
- Follow up on warm leads and missed calls to maximize contact rates and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and appointments.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and company service updates.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a similar customer-facing role (1+ year).
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills in English.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
