Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential new business opportunities and target clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of compelling sales presentations, detailed proposals, and comprehensive client contracts.
  • Support Business Development Managers during client meetings, presentations, and negotiation processes.
  • Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate client information, activity logs, and pipeline status.
  • Generate and compile reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless client onboarding and exceptional service delivery.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, providing outstanding customer service and support.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative strategies for business growth and market penetration.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and research abilities with attention to detail.
