Key Responsibilities
- Operate various industrial sewing machines (e.g., single needle, overlock, buttonhole, bar tack) to perform a wide range of garment assembly tasks.
- Sew garment parts accurately and efficiently according to specifications, patterns, and samples provided.
- Inspect work-in-progress and finished products for quality defects, loose threads, and misalignments, ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Perform minor machine adjustments and maintenance, such as changing needles, bobbins, and cleaning the machine.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all factory safety regulations and procedures.
- Follow production schedules and targets, contributing to overall team productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and quality control personnel to ensure smooth workflow and product excellence.
- Report any machine malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor promptly.
