Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to real estate agents, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing files.
  • Prepare and update property listings, marketing materials, and client presentations.
  • Assist with client communication, including answering inquiries, responding to emails, and maintaining client databases.
  • Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
  • Support the preparation of sales agreements, leases, and other real estate documents.
  • Conduct market research and compile data to assist agents in property valuations and market analysis.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks.
  • Assist with social media updates and other digital marketing efforts.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries as directed by senior agents.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and real estate regulations.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
