Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs.
  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules across various topics.
  • Conduct thorough training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and collaboration with department heads.
  • Manage and optimize the learning management system (LMS) to ensure effective delivery and tracking of training initiatives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using relevant metrics and feedback mechanisms, making continuous improvements.
  • Source, select, and manage external training vendors and consultants as needed.
  • Coach and mentor employees at all levels, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging learning technologies, and talent development trends.
  • Prepare and manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective and high-impact solutions.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through inclusive learning design and content.
  • Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to identify future skill gaps and proactive development plans.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing successful learning and development programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to conduct needs assessments and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Certifications in instructional design, talent development (e.g., CPLP, ATD).
  • Experience with blended learning approaches and virtual reality (VR) training.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and their integration with L&D functions.
