Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist customers with product inquiries, offering expert advice and personalized recommendations.
- Maintain an immaculate, well-organized, and visually appealing store environment, ensuring products are displayed according to brand standards.
- Accurately process sales transactions using our Point-of-Sale (POS) system, handle cash, card payments, and issue receipts.
- Efficiently restock shelves, manage inventory levels, and assist with receiving new merchandise, ensuring proper storage and display.
- Professionally handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints, striving for satisfactory resolutions.
- Actively educate customers on product features, benefits, and promotions to drive sales and enhance their shopping experience.
- Support visual merchandising initiatives, including setting up promotional displays and ensuring store aesthetics are maintained.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve individual and store sales targets, contributing to a positive team spirit.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security measures and health and safety guidelines.
Required Skills
- Exceptional customer service and outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Basic mathematical proficiency for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights (up to 20kg), and perform routine store tasks.
