Key Responsibilities

- Ensure all content adheres to the established house style guide, brand voice, and editorial policies.
- Verify factual accuracy, consistency, and clarity of information presented in all materials.
- Rewrite, rephrase, and restructure sentences and paragraphs to improve readability and flow without altering the author's original intent.
- Collaborate effectively with content creators, writers, and marketing specialists to provide constructive feedback and implement necessary revisions.
- Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously, meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain and update the internal style guide, ensuring it reflects current best practices and organizational needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends in digital publishing and SEO best practices to optimize content for online consumption.
- Assist in the development and implementation of editorial workflows and quality control processes.
Required Skills
- Exceptional command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Proven experience as a Copy Editor, preferably in an online publication or digital media setting.
