Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with overall business objectives and client needs.
- Design, curate, and deliver innovative learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, onboarding, and soft skills workshops.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the L&D team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous professional growth.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities within client organizations and internally.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of all learning programs using relevant metrics and feedback mechanisms, ensuring a strong return on investment (ROI).
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective program delivery.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging learning technologies, and adult learning theories to continuously enhance program offerings.
- Partner with senior leadership and HR departments of client organizations to integrate L&D initiatives with broader talent management strategies.
- Implement and manage learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies to optimize program delivery and tracking.
