Key Responsibilities
- Perform front desk duties including late-night guest check-ins and check-outs, processing payments, and accurately managing guest records.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring a positive resolution to any issues that may arise.
- Conduct regular security rounds of the premises, monitoring CCTV and reporting any suspicious activities or maintenance issues.
- Assist with light cleaning and organization of common areas, ensuring the lobby, reception, and other public spaces remain presentable.
- Prepare daily reports, reconcile accounts, and set up for the morning shift's operations, ensuring a seamless handover.
- Handle incoming phone calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate department or individual as needed.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor at all times, especially during emergencies or unexpected situations.
