Key Responsibilities

  • Perform front desk duties including late-night guest check-ins and check-outs, processing payments, and accurately managing guest records.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring a positive resolution to any issues that may arise.
  • Conduct regular security rounds of the premises, monitoring CCTV and reporting any suspicious activities or maintenance issues.
  • Assist with light cleaning and organization of common areas, ensuring the lobby, reception, and other public spaces remain presentable.
  • Prepare daily reports, reconcile accounts, and set up for the morning shift's operations, ensuring a seamless handover.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate department or individual as needed.
  • Maintain a calm and professional demeanor at all times, especially during emergencies or unexpected situations.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer proficiency for administrative tasks.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
