Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, adhering to dietary restrictions.
- Administer medication reminders and assist with adherence to prescribed schedules.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and tidy living environment.
- Offer companionship and engage in stimulating activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Monitor and accurately report any changes in the individual's health, behavior, or condition.
- Assist with errands, appointments, and social outings as needed.
