Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of various food items according to established recipes and hygiene standards.
- Serve food and beverages to clients and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, utensils, serving areas, and dining spaces.
- Restock food counters, beverage stations, and dining supplies as needed to ensure continuous availability.
- Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure all dishes, cutlery, and glassware are thoroughly cleaned and stored.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper food handling and temperature control.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and rotating supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns politely and efficiently.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for various meal services or special events.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor promptly.
