Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy guest rooms according to established standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Change bed linens and make beds neatly and efficiently.
- Replenish guest room supplies, including toiletries, towels, coffee, and other amenities.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms thoroughly, including showers, toilets, sinks, and floors.
- Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors in guest rooms and public areas.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and all accessible surfaces.
- Empty wastebaskets and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries politely and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, linen closets, and storage areas.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
