Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and comprehensive information.

  • Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in our CRM system, maintaining detailed records of communication and actions.
  • Educate customers on product features, services, and policies, enhancing their understanding and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security guidelines.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on product knowledge, service updates, and best practices in customer service.
