Career.zycto is seeking an exceptional and strategic Director of Learning & Development to lead our talent growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto’s business goals and talent needs.
- Design, implement, and evaluate effective training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules across all levels of the organization.
- Identify current and future skill gaps through needs assessments, performance data, and strategic planning discussions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing L&D team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Establish and manage relationships with external training providers and consultants as needed.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of career pathing frameworks and succession planning initiatives.
- Implement and manage learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies to enhance program delivery and tracking.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness, ROI, and impact of L&D initiatives using relevant metrics and feedback mechanisms.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and organizational development.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional growth throughout the organization.
Required Skills
- Proven leadership in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development.
- Expertise in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in leveraging learning technologies and LMS platforms.
