Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome guests, clients, and candidates upon arrival, directing them appropriately.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and courier packages.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Perform various administrative support tasks, including filing, scanning documents, and data entry.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
  • Keep the reception area tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Monitor and order office supplies when necessary.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
