Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full procurement lifecycle from requisition to purchase order and delivery, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify potential suppliers globally, conducting thorough due diligence and risk assessments.
- Strategically negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve favorable conditions, cost savings, and secure supply.
- Develop and rigorously implement procurement strategies that are aligned with company goals, budget constraints, and market trends.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance regularly, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards, delivery schedules, and contractual agreements.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive procurement records, including pricing agreements, delivery information, and detailed supplier profiles.

Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in a dedicated procurement, purchasing, or strategic sourcing role.
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship management.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa) and advanced skills in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
