Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining complex calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing detailed itineraries.
  • Drafting, proofreading, and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Organizing and maintaining digital filing systems with high accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Conducting online research and compiling data as needed.
  • Assisting with basic bookkeeping and expense reporting.
  • Handling email management and communication on behalf of executives.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Virtual Assistant.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
