Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant floor, ensuring smooth service flow and exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead, mentor, and train front-of-house staff, including waiters, hosts, and bussers, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Manage staff schedules, breaks, and task assignments to optimize coverage and efficiency.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and portion control, collaborating with kitchen staff to maintain high standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, conducting regular inspections.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to control costs.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new service standards and operational procedures.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role in a busy restaurant environment (minimum 3 years).
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on motivation and development.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a guest-centric approach.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software (POS systems).
