Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter and detect signs of intrusion, damage, or unauthorized activity.
- Monitor security cameras and alarm systems, responding promptly and appropriately to alerts.
- Control access points, verify credentials, and manage visitor logs accurately.
- Respond to emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, and security breaches, following established protocols.
- Write detailed incident reports, daily activity logs, and other documentation as required.
- Collaborate with security management to enforce safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service to staff and visitors, assisting with inquiries while maintaining a professional security presence.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance security knowledge and skills.
- Maintain a high level of vigilance and situational awareness at all times.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a security-related role (e.g., security guard, operations assistant)
- Excellent observational and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to operate security equipment and systems (CCTV, access control)
