Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and social media platforms.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information regarding Vodacom Lesotho's products, services, and promotions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, complaints, and technical queries efficiently and effectively.
  • Guide customers through self-service options and digital tools.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal departments when necessary, ensuring follow-up.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify and report common customer issues or trends to improve service delivery.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Continuously update knowledge on new products, services, and system enhancements.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold Vodacom's brand values.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written communication skills in English and Sesotho.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in using online communication tools and CRM software.

  • Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
