Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cashing cheques.
  • Maintain and balance a cash drawer on a daily basis, adhering to strict cash handling procedures and security measures.
  • Identify customer needs and provide information on bank products and services, making referrals to appropriate staff when necessary.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service, ensuring a positive banking experience.
  • Verify customer identities and transaction details to prevent fraud and comply with regulatory requirements such as AML and KYC.
  • Operate standard banking equipment, including computers, cash counters, and transaction machines.
  • Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge of banking operations.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating effectively with colleagues and supporting overall branch goals.
  • Educate customers on the use of self-service banking options and digital platforms to enhance their banking convenience.

Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
