Career.zycto is seeking an inspiring and strategic Director of Learning & Development to lead our talent enhancement initiatives in Lupane, Matabeleland North Province. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto's strategic goals and operational needs.
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules covering leadership development, technical skills, compliance, and soft skills.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and future training requirements across various departments and employee levels.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of all learning initiatives, using data-driven insights to measure ROI, refine programs, and ensure continuous improvement.
- Manage and mentor a small team of L&D professionals, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality program delivery.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, operations, and executive leadership, to integrate L&D initiatives into broader talent management strategies.
- Research and implement cutting-edge learning technologies and methodologies to enhance the learning experience and accessibility.
- Oversee the L&D budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.

- Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic learning and development programs.
