Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior Business Analysts in gathering and validating data from internal and external sources.
- Perform basic data cleaning, organization, and transformation tasks to ensure data quality and readiness for analysis.
- Support the creation of routine reports, summaries, and dashboards using defined templates and tools.
- Help maintain accurate documentation of data sources, analytical processes, and reporting methodologies.
- Assist with ad-hoc data requests and inquiries from various departments.
- Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and contribute to analytical initiatives.
- Learn and apply foundational data analysis techniques under guidance, including basic statistical methods.
- Participate actively in team meetings, contributing ideas and learning from experienced colleagues.
- Identify potential data discrepancies and communicate them to senior team members for resolution.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
