This critical role serves as the initial point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors, playing an integral part in ensuring the efficient and welcoming operation of the school’s administrative hub. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors, including students, parents, staff, and external guests, providing a warm and professional welcome.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential student records, attendance logs, and other administrative documents.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars for school administration and staff.
  • Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, prepare routine reports, and assist with data entry tasks.
  • Oversee the tidiness and functionality of the reception area, ensuring it is presentable and welcoming.
  • Distribute school notices, announcements, and other important information to students and parents as directed.
  • Provide general administrative support to teachers, counselors, and other school staff as needed.
  • Handle school supplies inventory and ordering, ensuring necessary materials are available.
  • Assist in emergency procedures, including maintaining visitor logs and coordinating communication during crises.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
