Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and operational goals.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security.
  • Lead, motivate, and train sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
  • Assist with merchandise management, including receiving, processing, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve store performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of store team members.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
  • Deputize for the Store Manager in their absence, taking full responsibility for store operations.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in retail point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fluency in German and working proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training in retail management or a related field.
  • Experience with visual merchandising and store layout optimization.
