Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and operational goals.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security.
- Lead, motivate, and train sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Assist with merchandise management, including receiving, processing, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve store performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant health and safety regulations.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of store team members.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Deputize for the Store Manager in their absence, taking full responsibility for store operations.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in retail point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in German and working proficiency in English.
