Job Description

Career.zycto is actively seeking a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales Coordinator to join our vibrant team in Sharjah. As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you will be the engine of our sales support, playing a critical role in generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the smooth progression of our sales pipeline. Your day will involve a blend of strategic outreach, meticulous data management, and collaborative teamwork.

You will be instrumental in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through various channels, including market research, outbound calls, and email campaigns. A key aspect of this role involves understanding client needs, articulating the value proposition of Career.zycto’s services, and setting up successful meetings for our Senior Sales Managers. Beyond direct client interaction, you will maintain and update our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with precision, ensuring all interactions and data are accurately recorded and accessible. Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new leads through proactive outreach (phone calls, emails, social media) and market research.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of prospects and clients within the CRM system.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and demonstrations for Senior Sales Managers with qualified leads.
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and other necessary sales documentation.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for initial client inquiries, providing information about services and addressing basic questions.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as required.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in inside sales or sales support roles (1.5+ years).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and lead generation techniques.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience within the recruitment or HR services industry.
  • Fluency in Arabic or other languages relevant to the UAE market.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and sales tools.
  • Previous experience with a flexible or hybrid work model.
