Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to telecommunications services (internet, mobile, landline, etc.).
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps for common service problems, ensuring clear and understandable instructions.
- Provide accurate information about services, billing, account management, and promotions.
