Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative concepts for a wide range of projects including branding, marketing campaigns, websites, social media, print collateral (brochures, flyers, packaging), and presentations.
- Design and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, development) and external stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that align with strategic objectives.
- Produce high-quality visual assets, mock-ups, and prototypes using industry-standard design software.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining organised project files.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance our creative output.
- Present design concepts and rationale clearly and persuasively to team members and clients.
- Provide creative input and recommendations during brainstorming sessions and project planning.
- Prepare final files for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign are essential).
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work in branding, print, and digital media.
- Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Proven ability to translate marketing objectives into creative and impactful design solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with print production processes and preparing files for commercial printing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience with UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for understanding web design constraints.
